Abstract

نظرًا لإتساع نطاق ظاهرة الفساد التي أصبحت ظاهرة عالمية عابرة للحدود وبالنظر كذلك للآثار الوخيمة التي تمثلها على كافة الأصعدة ، كان لابدّ من تظافر الجهود الدولية لمحاصرة هذه الظاهرة والقضاء عليها ، وهذا عن طريق تدخل الهيئات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية التي تتمتع بالقدرة على اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الضرورية والتدابير الوقائية الفعّالة ضد الفساد ، هذا ما سنتناوله في هذه الورقة البحثية. الكلمات المفتاحية :الفســــاد – المنظمات الدولية الرسمية – المكافحة – محاربة الفساد – الإجراءات الوقائية. Due to the wide spread of corruption, which has become a global phenomenon, that went beyond borders, and in view of the severe effects it represents at all levels, international efforts to contain and eliminate this phenomenon must be combined, and this is through the intervention of intergovernmental bodies and organizations that have the capacity to take all necessary and effective preventive measures against corruption, this is what we will address in this paper.
