التأويلات النسوية الإسلامية لبعض قضايا الفكر العقدي المعاصر _نماذج مختارة

Abstract

"تحاول هذه الدراسة الموسومٌة بـــ:""التأويلات النسوية الإسلامية لبعض قضايا الفكر العقدي المعاصر-نماذج مختارة-""، تسليط الضوء على جملة من القضايا الفكرية العقدية من وِجهة نظر النسويّة الإسلاميّة وتوضيح وبيان منهجها ومطالبها من خلال نماذج مختارة. ولعلَّ من بين أهم الدوافع لظهور""حركة التأويلية النسوية"" هو ذلك التعتيم في مجتمعاتهن على قضايا المرأة،أو الفهم الخاطئ لنصوص الوحي فيما يخص قضَايَاهُنّ، أو ما عُرف عند النسويّة بـ""الإسلام الذكوري""؛ ممّا أفرز شحناء حول""التفسير الذكوري الكلاسيكي"" لقضايا المرأة المعاصرة، ومن هنا بالذات تبرز الملامح الأساسية لدراستي. وتظهر أهمية هذه الدراسة من واقع أن النسوية الإسلامية أصبحت تعدّ من أهم التيارات أو الحركات التأويليّة لقضايا الفكر العقدي في الوقت الراهن، ممّا يدفعنا إلى البحث فيها ومحاولة معرفة أصولها التأويليّة، والعمل على نقد أفكارها في إطار المنظور العقدي الإسلامي، وإبراز رفعة المرأة في الدين الإسلامي كمحور رئيس في المنظومة الحقوقية الإسلاميّة، هذه المنظومة التي باتت من أهم المسائل والموضوعات التي ألحقت بالدرس العقدي في علم الكلام المعاصر. وقد ضَمَنتُ الدراسة جملة من النّتائج لعلّ من أهمها:تضارب القراءة النسوية بين نقد النص القرآني والحديثي في ذاته وبين نقد المفسرين وبين البحث عن بدائل فكرية للتفسير الذكوري. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن يتم إدراج بحوث أكاديمية في تأويلات وقراءات النسويات لجوانب عدة من الفكر الإسلامي كالجانب الصوفي، وفي تناول موضوعات محددة كموضوع التعددية الدينية وتأثير ذلك على واقع المسلم اليوم في علاقته مع الآخر."This study, tagged with "Islamic feminist accounts of some issues of contemporary doctrinal thought - selected models", attempts to shed light on a number of doctrinal issues from the point of view of Islamic feminism and to clarify and clarify its approach and demands through selected models. As a main focus in the Islamic legal system, this system has become one of the most important issues and topics that have been attached to the doctrinal study in contemporary theology.The study included a number of results, perhaps the most important of which is the conflict of feminist reading between criticism of the Qur’anic and hadith text in itself, and criticism of the interpreters, and the search for intellectual alternatives to the Al-Nakuri interpretation. And in dealing with specific topics such as the issue of religious pluralism and its impact on the reality of the Muslim today in his relationship with the other.
