Abstract
.ABSTRACT:
The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between
organizational culture and job performance of the workers at the Rose Complex
in Quenin, where the study started from the main question: Is there a
relationship between the organizational culture and the level of performance of
the workers at the roses complex in Quenin?
The study included a main sub-hypothesis: There is a significant
correlation between the organizational culture and the level of performance of
the workers at the Quarine Rose Complex, where this hypothesis is divided into
four sub-hypotheses:
•First Hypothesis: There is a significant correlation between the
organizational values and the level of performance of the workers at the Rose
Complex.
•Second Hypothesis: There is a statistically significant correlation between
the organizational beliefs and the level of performance of the workers at the
Rose Complex.
•The third sub-hypothesis: There is a significant correlation between the
organizational norms and the level of job performance of the workers at the
roses complex.
•Sub-Hypothesis 4: There is a statistically significant correlation between
the organizational expectations and the level of job performance of the workers
at the Rose Complex.
We have followed the analytical descriptive approach in completing this
study because it is in line with the nature of the subject. A sample of the workers
of the roses and perfumes in Quinin was studied. We used the questionnaire to
collect data and applied a simple random sample of (60) workers. There is a
statistically significant relationship between organizational culture
(organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms,
organizational expectations) and the level of job performance of the workers at
the Rose and Aromatherapy Complex in Quinnin.
