منهج الإمام البخاري في إيراد الحديث بالمعنى من خلال كتابه الجامع دراسة تطبيقية على كتاب الصوم -نماذج مختارة

Abstract

"الملخص: تناول هذا البحث مسألة الرواية بالمعنى من خلال تتبع الأحاديث في الجامع الصحيح للإمام البخاري في كتاب الصوم، وبيان حكمها عند الإمام البخاري، ومنهجه في تخريج المروي بالمعنى وبيان أغراضه من تخريجها. حيث تضمن هذا البحث إشكالية أساسية وهي: ما الطريقة التي اتبعها الإمام البخاري في تخريج المروي بالمعنى في صحيحه؟ حيث تظهر هذه الإشكالية أيضا نسبة الرواية بالمعنى إلى الإمام البخاري، واستعماله لها في صحيحه الجامع؟ وقد أظهر هذا البحث أن الصور الواقعة في الصحيح هي أربعة: الترادف بين لفظين وشك الراوي في ألفاظ الحديث والاختصار والتعليق. وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في الحاجة لدراسة تطبيقية تبين منهج الإمام البخاري في التعامل مع الرواية بالمعنى في كتابه الجامع الصحيح. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: أن الرواية بالمعنى الواقعة في الصحيح هي تصرف الراوي في ألفاظ الحديث. " Research summary: This research dealt with the issue of the narration by meaning by tracing the hadiths in Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih of Imam Al-Bukhari in the Book of Fasting, and the statement of its ruling according to Imam Al-Bukhari, and his approach to the graduation of the narrated with the meaning and the statement of his purposes for its graduation. This research included a basic problem, which is: What is the method that Imam Al-Bukhari followed in extracting The Narrated with the meaning in his Sahih? This problem also shows the attribution of the narration in the sense to Imam Al-Bukhari, and its usage in his Sahih? This research has shown that the images in the Sahih are four: the synonymy between two words, the narrator's doubt about the words of the hadith, the abbreviation and the comment. The importance of this research lies in the need for an applied study showing the approach of Imam Al-Bukhari in dealing with the narration by meaning in his book Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih. Among the most prominent results of the research: that the narration in the sense that is located in the Sahih is the adaptation of the words of the hadith by the narrator. "
