قواعد الترجيح اللغوية عند الإمام ابن العربي المالكي من خلال تفسيره ( أحاكم القرآن )-سورة البقرة وآل عمران والنساء أنموذجا-

Abstract

"تتمثل دراستنا في استخراج واستنباط قواعد التًجيح اللغوية التي وظّفها الإمام أبو بكر بن العربي للتًجيح بين أقوال المفسرين من خلال كتابو أحكام القرآن، وعليو جاء بحثنا للإجابة عن الإشكال التالي: ما مفهوم قواعد التًجيح اللغوية ؟ وىل وظّف الإمام أبو بكر بن العربي قواعد التًجيح اللغوية للفصل بين أقوال الدفسرين ؟ . وقد قسمنا بحثنا إلى ثلاثة فصول: فصل للتعريف بالدؤلف وكتابو، وفصل للمفاىيم الأساسية التي يقوم عليها بحثنا، وفصل لتطبيق قواعد التًجيح اللغوية عند ابن العربي وقد حوى قرابة عشرين قاعدة. وعليو خلصنا إلى أىم النتائج: -ي وظف الإمام ابن العربي قواعد التًجيح اللغوية للفصل بين أقوال الدفسرين ولػل النزاع ويرجح بها. -تن وعت أصناف قواعد التًجيح التي وظفها ابن العربي منها: قواعد الألفاظ والدباني وقواعد مرجع الضمير والإعراب."Our study is to extract and derive the weighting rules used by Imam Abu Bakr ibn al-Arabi to swing between the sayings of the interpreters through his book the provisions of the Koran, and therefore we raise the following problem: What is the concept of language weighting rules? Did Imam Abu Bakr ibn al-Arabi employ the rules of linguistic weighting to separate the sayings of the explicators? . We divided our research into three chapters: a chapter on the definition of the author and his book, a chapter on the basic concepts on which our research is based, and a chapter on the application of the grammar rules of Ibn al-Arabi, which contained about twenty bases. Accordingly, we reached the most important results: - Imam Ibn al-Arabi employs the rules of language weighting to separate the sayings of the interpreters and resolve the dispute and is likely. - Varied types of weighting rules employed by Ibn Arabi, including: rules of words and buildings and rules of reference of conscience and expression."
