مدى تطبيق المهام المتضمنة في النصوص التشريعية لدى مستشار التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف عن مدى تطبيق المهام المتضمنة في النصوص التشريعية لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني، والكشف عن مستوى تطبيق هذه المهام من خلال المناشير الوزارية، وكذلك ترتيب أولوياتهم حسب المهام لديهم من حيث الأبعاد ومن حيث البنود، وفروق المهام بالجنس والتخصص العلمي. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأساليبه التحليلي والاستكشافي والسببي المقارن، على عينة تكونت من(50) مستشار توجيه و إرشاد مدرسي ومهني بالثانويات ولاية الوادي للموسم الدراسي 2018/2019. وتم تطبيق استبيان مهام مستشار التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني المعد من طرف الطالبة. أما البيانات فقد عولجت باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (spss) للمعالجة الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار"ت" وتحليل التباين الأحادي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود مستوى مرتفع لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني في تطبيقهم لمهامهم. - وجود مستوى مرتفع لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني في تطبيقهم لمهامهم حسب الأبعاد. - كما أوضحت الدراسة ترتيب أبعاد المهام للمستشارين بحيث نجد بعد التوجيه احتل المرتبة الأولى ثم بعد التقويم في المرتبة الثانية والإعلام بالمرتبة الثالثة وأخيرا بعد الإرشاد. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المهام المستشارين بين الجنسين، - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المهام المستشارين تعزى لمتغير التخصص العلمي. Résumé :فرنسية أو انجليزية This study aims to idemh fy the reality of the applicatiom of the tostes imcluded in the legislative texts of guidamce and guidamce counselors for school and vocatiomalnm, amd the disclosure of the level of implementatiom of these tashs through mimisterial publicatioms, as wellas, prioritize their tashs im terms of dimensions amd im terms of items amd the relatiomship of tasts to geuder amd sciemtific speciality. It have depeuded om the method of descriptive exploratory approach on a sample composed of 50 so mentorimg amd guidamce counselors of school amd vocational in secondary school of the wibya of El –oued for the academic year 2018/2019. It have applied a questiommaire of the fumtioms of the guidamce coumselor of sehool amd vocqtional that prepared by the researcher. The data was processed by usinf the statistical package for social sciemces, mamely the middle arithmetic meams, stamdard deviatiom, test"T" amd the amalysis of mono-variqmce. By this study we reach the sollowimg results: - there is a high level to the guidamce coumselors for school amd vocationmal wthe applicahiom of their tasths. - there is a high level to the guidamce coumselors for school amd vocationmal has almagalat. - the study showed the dimensioms of the tasths of the coumselors,so that the coumselors ramked first, and them the evalutiom im secomd place amd finally the guidamce. - there are no statistically sifmificamt differemces detzeemthe two gemders. - there are differemces of statistically sifmificamt im the sciemtific speciality varialle.
