Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح واقع التمويل التساهمي في العالم باعتباره اداة تمويلية حديثة للشركات الناشئة وتحليل واستشراف القانون المنظم للتمويل التساهمي في الجزائر باعتباره الاطار الذي تعمل من خلاله الجزائر الى اتباع الطرق لحديثة في مجال تمويل الشركات الناشئة، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي بهدف وصف هذا النوع من التمويل وتبيان نشأته وتطوره على المستوى العالمي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان التمويل الجماعي للشركات الناشئة يعتبر احد المنتجات الإقراضية الجديدة التي تتميز بالسهولة والمرونة أكثر مقارنة بطرق التمويل التقليدية وتبين ايضا أن التمويل الجماعي هو أنسب الوسائل في تعويض الندرة الحاصلة في الموارد المالية التقليدية وتلبية احتياجات أصحاب الشركات الناشئة، اضافة الى امكانية تنشيطها للسوق المالي الجزائري في ظل وضعه الحالي. This study aimed to clarify the reality of contributory financing in the world as a modern financing tool for emerging enterprises, and to analyze and anticipate the law regulating contributory financing in Algeria as the framework through which Algeria works to follow modern methods in the field of financing emerging enterprises. The study followed the descriptive and historical approaches with the aim of describing this. This type of financing and its emergence and development at the global level. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that crowdfunding for emerging institutions is considered one of the new lending products that is characterized by ease and more flexibility compared to traditional financing methods. It also turns out that crowdfunding is the most appropriate means of compensating for the scarcity occurring in Traditional financial resources and meeting the needs of emerging enterprise owners, in addition to the possibility of revitalizing the Algerian financial market in light of its current situation
