فقه الأولويات في الخطاب المسجدي المعاصر

Abstract

"ملخص البحث تشهد الخطابات المسجدية في أغلب أحوالها في هذا العصر، حالة من الضعف والتخبط على كل المستويات، وهذا راجع لعدة أسباب أحاطت بها، ولعل من أهمها الاختلال الواقع في ميزان أولوياتها، الذي له الأثر الفعَّال في هذه الخطابات، كما أن الإسلام جاء بفقه الأولويات ومراتب الأمور والأحكام، ومنها معرفة طبيعة كل مرحلة وما يلزم فيها، فمن بين أولويات هذه المرحلة خطاب مسجدي مؤثر رفيع المستوى مبني على فقه الأولويات، ولهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتعالج هذا الموضوع المهم، حتى تصل به إلى هذا المقام. وفقه الأولويات يعتبر من أهم الجزئيات التي يقوم عليها الخطاب المسجدي المعاصر، إذ قد يتوقف نجاح هذا الخطاب وحصاد ثمرته على هذا الفقه، لذا فعلى الأئمة خصوصاً والدعاة عموماً، مراعاة هذا الفقه بأن تكون خطاباتهم وفق منهج الله تعالى القائم على ميزان الأولويات. وبالاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على منهج الوصفي والتحليلي، توصلا الباحثان فيها إلى أن ترتيب الأولويات في الخطاب المسجدي المعاصر يتم من خلال دراسة الإمام للخيارات المتاحة؛ في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية وفقه الواقع ومراعاة المآل ومراعاة سُنّة التدرج وثوابت الشريعة ومتغيراتها، والأخذ بعين الاعتبار التخطيط والتحضير والتكوين، ليتم تحديد الأولويات التي يقوم عليها هذا الخطاب. وقد توصلا كذلك إلى وضع قواعد فقهية مراعية للأولويات في هذا الخطاب وكيفية تطبيقها فيه، والتي يمكن أن يسير عليها القائم بهذا الخطاب، حتى يرفع من مستوى تأثيره. كما أثبتت هذه الدراسة أن عدم تطبيق فقه الأولويات في الخطاب المسجدي المعاصر أو قلة فهمه، سببه الأكبر عدم التخطيط وضعف تكوين الأئمة، ممَّا نتج عنه آثار سلبية تضر بالداعية والمدعو، وتؤدي بالدعوة الإسلامية إلى الابتعاد عن تحقيق أهدافها وغاياتها المرجوة. ""Research Summary In most cases, the mosque's speeches in this era are witnessing a state of weakness and confusion at all levels, and this is due to several reasons surrounding them, perhaps the most important of which is the defect in the balance of their priorities, which has an effective impact in these speeches. Islam also came up with the jurisprudence of priorities and the ranks of matters and rulings, including recognition the nature of each stage and what is needed in it. One of the priorities of this phase is a high-level, influential mosque speech based on the jurisprudence of priorities, which is why this study came to address this important issue, so that it can reach this position. The jurisprudence of priorities is considered one of the most important parts on which the contemporary mosque speech is based. The success of this speech and the harvesting of its fruits may depend on this jurisprudence, so the imams in particular and the preachers in general taking into account this jurisprudence by making their speeches in accordance with the approach of God Almighty based on the balance of priorities. By relying in this study on the descriptive and analytical approach, the two researchers concluded that the order of priorities in the contemporary mosque speech is done through the imam’s study of the available options in the light of the purposes of Islamic Sharia, the jurisprudence of reality, taking into account the future and the progression way and the constants and variables of Sharia, and taking into account planning, preparation and training, in order to determine the priorities on which this speech is based. The two researchers have also reached a set of jurisprudential rules that take into account the priorities in this speech and how to apply them in itwhich the person in charge of this speech can proceed so as to raise the level of his impact. This study also proved that the lack of application of the jurisprudence of priorities in the contemporary mosque speech or its lack of understanding is owing to lack of planning and the weak formation of imams, which resulted in negative effects that harm the preacher and the invitee, and lead the Islamic call to move away from achieving its goals and desired goals.
