Abstract

ملخص البحث هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على واقع المعايير المهنية والاخلاقية للاعلام في القنوات الجزائرية الخاصة من وجهة نظر الاساتذة الجامعيين و بعض الصحفيين عن طريق اعتماد قناة النهار نموذجا للدراسة وذلك من خلال رصد رايهم حول مدى التزام هذه القناة بالخلاقيات المهنية المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل من خلال الممارسة الاعلامية كما سعت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة عادات وانماط متابعة الاساتذة والصحفيين لهذه القناة من جهة ومدى اطلاعهم – باعتبارهم شريحة اكادميين ومختصي اعلام– على مختلف المعايير المهنية والاخلاقية المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل الاعلامي. وحاولت هذه الدراسة تحقيق جملة من الاهداف اهمها معرفة عادات وأنماط مشاهدة قناة النهارتي في في أوساط الأساتذة الجامعيين وبعض الصحفيين،ومعرفة مامدى اطلاع الأساتذة الجامعيين والصحفيين على المعايير المهنية والأخلاقية للاعلام وحقوق الطفل،ايضا معرفة اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين والصحفيين نحو التزام قناة النهار التلفزيونية بالمعايير المهنية والاخلاقية لحقوق الطفل الاعلامية، فكانت النتائج سلبية اي عدم التزام قناة النهار تي في بالمعايير الاخلاقية والمهنية لحقوق الطفل الاعلامية وكذلك عدم احترام خصوصية الطفل وخاصة ما تعلق بالقضايا الحساسة.كقضايا الاغتصاب .والتشهير المتعمد للقناة وهذا ما يتنافى نهائيا مع اخلاقيات المهنة وماجاءت به الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل وقانون الطفل الجزائري 2015.

Summary: The study aimed to shed light on the reality of the professional and moral standards of the media in the Algerian private channels from the point of view of university professors and some journalists through the adoption of Al-Nahar as a model for the study by monitoring their opinion about the commitment of this channel to professional ethics related to children's rights through media practice This study sought to know the habits and patterns of follow-up of the teachers and journalists of this channel on the one hand and the extent of their knowledge, as a group of academics and media specialists, on the various professional and ethical standards related to children's media rights. This study aims at achieving a number of objectives, including the knowledge of the habits and patterns of watching Naharaty channel among university professors and some journalists, knowing the extent to which university professors and journalists are aware of the professional and ethical standards of the media and the rights of the child. The negative consequences of the failure of Al-Nahar TV to abide by the ethical and professional standards of the child's media rights as well as the lack of respect for the child's privacy, especially on sensitive issues. A deliberate rape .waltshahyr channel and this is contrary to the final with the ethics of the profession and Madjaet by the International Convention on the Rights of the Child and the law of the Algerian Child 2015.
