Abstract

"موضوع هذه الدراسة هو الاتجاه الفقهي في التفسير عند الشيخ العلامة التواتي بن التواتي دراسة نماذج من سورة البقرة، يعالج الإشكالية الآتية: ما مدى عناية الشيخ التواتي بن التواتي بآيات الأحكام في تفسيره؟ وكيف تعامل مع آيات الأحكام الواردة في سورة البقرة نصا واستنباطا؟ يتضمن هذا البحث ثلاثة مباحث بالإضافة إلى مقدمة وخاتمة وهي: مبحث تمهيدي حوى التعريف بمفردات العنوان، أما المبحثين الثاني والثالث ففيهما نماذج عن اتجاه الشيخ الفقهي في سورة البقرة من فقهي العبادات والمعاملات. ولقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الشيخ التواتي بن التواتي مفسر فقيه، لغوي، أصولي، جمع شتى العلوم وأخرج لنا تفسيرا شاملا سلك فيه اتجاهات التفسير عديدة منها الاتجاه الفقهي، ولقد مد الشيخ جسورا بين تفسيره هذا وبين كتابه المبسط في الفقه المالكي ليخرج لنا تفسيرا فقهيا كاملا متكاملا.""The subject of this study is the jurisprudential trend in interpretation according to Sheikh Al-Tawati bin Al-Tawati, a study of examples from Surat Al-Baqarah. It addresses the following problem. To what extent did Sheikh Al-Tawati Bin Al-Tawati pay attention to the verses of rulings in his interpretation? How did he deal with the verses of rulings mentioned in Surat Al-Baqarah, both explicitly and deductively? This research includes three chapters, in addition to an introduction and a conclusion, or an introductory welcome that includes an introduction to the title’s vocabulary. As for the second and third chapters, they contain examples of the Sheikh’s jurisprudential approach in Surat Al-Baqarah. Among the jurisprudential matters of the two servants are that and transactions. We reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Sheikh al-Tawati Bin al-Tawati is an Egyptian jurist, linguist, and expert in the principles of jurisprudence. He combined various sciences and produced for us a comprehensive interpretation. in which he paid attention to all aspects of interpretation, the most important of which was the jurisprudential trend. The Sheikh built bridges between this interpretation and his simplified book on Maliki jurisprudence to produce for us a complete and integrated jurisprudential interpretation."
