Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الرهاب مواجهة الأولياء والرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات الطور الابتدائي ببعض الابتدائيات بولاية الوادي حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 60 معلمة طبق عليهن الأدوات التالية: - مقياس رهاب مواجهة الأولياء من إعداد الطالبة. - مقياس الرفاهية النفسية لــ (1989،RYFF) تعريب الخشاب (2013). وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين الرهاب مواجهة الأولياء والرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات الطور الابتدائي. - مستوى الرهاب مواجهة الأولياء لدى عينة الدراسة منخفض. - مستوى الرفاهية النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة مرتفع. - عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى كل من الرهاب مواجهة الأولياء والرفاهية النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية.

Abstract

The current study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the phobia of confronting parents and psychological well-being among female teachers of the primary stage of some elementary schools in El-Wadi State. The study sample included 60 female teachers who were applied to the following tools: - The scale of the phobia of confronting the parents prepared by the student. - Ryff-(1989) Psychological Well-Being Scale From the localization of al-Khashab (2013) and using the descriptive correlative approach، the study reached the following results: - There is no statistically significant correlation between the phobia of confronting parents and the psychological well-being of the teachers of the primary stage. - The level of fear of confronting parents in the study sample is low. The level of psychological well-being of the study sample is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of each of the phobias of confronting parents and psychological well-being among the study sample according to the variable of professional experience.
