| dc.description.abstract | "تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تأثير ادارة المعرفة في تعزيز العمل الجماعي للعاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر –الوادي-حيث تطرقت هذه الدراسة الى مفهوم ادارة المعرفة، انواعه، وعناصرها الاساسية، واهم نماذجها. كما ركزت الدراسة على العمل الجماعي في المنظمة وعوامل نشؤه. واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على البيانات والمعلومات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات اهمها: - مساهمة ابعاد ادارة المعرفة في تعزيز العمل الجماعي للعاملين. - تأثير ايجابي للمتغير الثابت على المتغير المستقل ""This study aims to identify the impact of knowledge management in promoting the collective work of the employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation – EL OUED - where this study touched on the concept of knowledge management, its types, basic elements, and the most important models. The study also focused on collective work in the organization and the factors of its emergence. In this study, we relied on the data and information collected using the Statistical Package (SPSS) program. The study reached a number of results and recommendations, the most important of which are: - The contribution of knowledge management dimensions to enhancing the teamwork of employees. - Positive effect of the constant variable on the independent variable "كلمات مفتاحية: ادارة المعرفة، العمل الجماعي | en_US |
