واقع الأحياء السكنية الحضرية الجديدة وإشكالية التمايز الإجتماعي للسكان

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـ: واقع الاحياء السكنية الحضرية الجديدة واشكالية التمايز الاجتماعي للسكان، الى محاولة معرفة واقع الاحياء السكنية الحضرية الجديدة في ظل التمايز الاجتماعي لسكان ولاية الوادي، وعليه قمنا بطرح مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية، وصياغة فرضيات الدراسة، وتقديم قراءة سوسيو حضرية لمتغيرات الدراسة (الاحياء السكنية الحضرية الجديدة، التمايز الاجتماعي). وقد قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في حي القطب الجامعي بولاية الوادي، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة موضوع دراستنا، أما فيما يتعلق بأدوات جمع البيانات فتم الإعتماد على استمارة استبيان مكونة من 05 محاور بمجموع أسئلة يقدر بـ 56 سؤال، حيث تم تطبيق هذه الأداة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تقدر بـ 284 مفردة (علما انه تم توزيع 284 إستمارة، واسترجاع 236 استمارة)، وبعد تفريغ وترتيب وتصنيف وعرض وتحليل بيانات الدراسة الميدانية، تم إستخلاص ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الفرضيات، حيث تم التوصل الى جملة من النتائج العامة المتمثلة في: - تؤثر اشكالية التمايز الاجتماعي على حالة حي القطب الجامعي بمدينة الوادي، حيث ان الاختلاف والتباين في كل من المستويات الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية والثقافية يؤثر على حالة الحي من ناحية وجود صراعات بين السكان و وجود مشكلات اجتماعية كثيرة بالحي، اضافة الى حالات عدم الرضا النسب عن الخدمات المقدمة بالحي، وهذا مثلما تؤكده نتائج اختبار فرضيات الدراسة. - يؤثر اختلاف المستويات الاجتماعية لسكان الحي على حالة الحي السكني بالقطب الجامعي بمدينة الوادي. - يؤثر التباين في المستويات الاقتصادية لسكان الحي على حالة الحي السكني بالقطب الجامعي بمدينة الوادي. - يؤثر التباين في المستويات الثقافية لسكان الحي على حالة الحي السكني بالقطب الجامعي بمدينة الوادي. Résumé : انجليزية This study entitled: The reality of new urban residential neighborhoods and the problem of social differentiation of the population, aims to try to find out the reality of new urban residential neighborhoods in light of the social differentiation of the residents of the Valley State, so we posed a set of sub-questions, formulate the study hypotheses, and provide a socio-urban reading of the study variables (new urban residential neighborhoods, social differentiation). As for the data collection tools, we relied on a questionnaire form consisting of 05 axes with a total of 56 questions, where this tool was applied to a simple random sample of 284 individuals (note that 284 forms were distributed, and 236 forms were retrieved), and after unpacking, arranging, classifying, viewing and analyzing the field study data, the results of the study were extracted and discussed in hypotheses, where a number of general conclusions were reached, namely: - The problem of social differentiation affects the state of the University Qutub neighborhood in the el oued City, as the difference and disparity in each of the social, economic and cultural levels affects the state of the neighborhood in terms of the presence of conflicts between residents and the presence of many social problems in the neighborhood, in addition to relative dissatisfaction with the services provided in the neighborhood, and this is confirmed by the results of testing the hypotheses of the study. - The different social levels of the residents of the neighborhood affect the condition of the residential neighborhood at the University pole in the el oued City. - The disparity in the economic levels of the residents of the neighborhood affects the condition of the residential neighborhood at the University pole in the el oued City. - The disparity in the cultural levels of the neighborhood's residents affects the condition of the residential neighborhood at the University pole in el oued city.
