Abstract

"Investment in the field of sorting and waste recycling is considered one of the successful and profitable projects currently, but the developing countries are refraining from this field due to the cost of the machines needed for this approach. Our project is a waste sorting machine (metal, plastic, glass), so we divided this work into two main parts: Part One: Generals and literature about the types of waste and the methods of sorting, as well as the types of sorting, and we briefly touched upon the recycling processes. The largest share in this part was for the types of controllers, especially the Arduino Uno controller that we used in this project. For the second part, we mentioned the tools needed to set up the automated sorting system, and we were not satisfied with the simulations on the Proteuse and Factory I/O platforms, we also embodied the model. The goal of our project is to set up a machine to sort waste to be recycled and exploited instead of burying it or burning it, which leads to environmental pollution. With this machine, we will earn a significant financial return mentioned in the memorandum offer, as well as protect the environment. " "الاستثمار في مجال الفرز وإعادة تدوير النفايات يعتبر من المشاريع الناجحة والمربحة حاليا إلا أن الدول السارية النمو تعكف عن هذا المجال لتكلفة الآلات اللازمة لهذا التوجه. مشروعنا هو عبارة عن آلة لفرز النفايات (معدنية، بلاستيكية، زجاجية) بحيث قسمنا هذا العمل لجزئين رئيسيين الجزء الأول: عموميات وأدبيات حول أنواع النفايات وكيفيات الفرز وكذا انواع الفرز وتطرقنا بإيجاز الى عمليات التدوير. وكان النصيب الأكبر في هذا الجزء لأنواع المتحكمات وبالأخص المتحكم أردوينو أونو الذي قمنا باستعماله في هذا المشروع. بالنسبة للجزء الثاني قمنا بذكر الأدوات اللازمة لإعداد نظام الفرز الآلي ولم نكتفي بالمحاكات على منصتي البروتوز والفاكتوري أي او فقد قمنا أيضا بتجسيد النموذج. الهدف من مشروعنا هو انشاء آلة لفرز النفايات ليتم إعادة تدويرها واستغلالها بدل طمرها أو حرقها مما يؤدي لتلوث البيئة بهذه الآلة سنربح عائد مادي معتبر مذكور في عرض المذكرة وكذلك سنحمي البيئة.
