اثر ضغوط العمل على الالتزام الاخلاقي (دراسة حالة مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد للوكالة المحلية بالوادي)

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل و اخلاقيات الاعمال داخل مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد وكالة الوادي؛ وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لأغراضها، وحيث كانت الاستبانة هي الأداة الرئيسية لجمع البيانات، كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. وقد تم تحديد ضغوط العمل من خلال أربعة أبعاد أساسية تمثلت في: بيئة العمل المادية، صراع الدور، ظروف العمل الاجتماعية، وبيئة العمل. توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: - مستوى ضغوط العمل داخل مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد متوسط. - مستوى الالتزام الاخلاقي داخل مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد مرتفع. - توجد علاقة ضعيفة بين ضغوط العمل و الالتزام الاخلاقي للعاملين داخل المؤسسة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية للالتزام الاخلاقي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية للعمال في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد. ""This study aimed to highlight the relationship between work stress and business ethics within the National Retirement Fund, Wakalat Al-Wadi; The study used the descriptive analytical approach for its suitability for its purposes, where the questionnaire was the main tool for data collection, and the SPSS program was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Work stress has been identified through four basic dimensions: the physical work environment, role conflict, social work conditions, and the work environment. The study found the following results: The level of work pressure within the National Pension Fund is medium. The level of ethical commitment within the National Pension Fund is high. - There is a weak relationship between work pressure and the ethical commitment of workers within the institution. - There are no statistically significant differences in the moral commitment due to the personal variables of workers in the National Pension Fund Corporation.
