Abstract

الملخص: ملخص الدراسة: أجريت الدراسة المعنونة ب: دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تعزيز فعالية المؤسسة – دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عمال بلدية الوادي – في الفترة الممتدة من 28 مارس الي 15 ماي ببلدية الوادي على عينة عددها 68 عاملا، وتمحورت إشكالية حول: كيف يساهم الاتصال التنظيمي في تعزيز فعالية المؤسسة الخدماتية ببلدية الوادي؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل تم تقسيمه للأسئلة التالية: • هل يساهم الاتصال الرسمي في تعزيز فعالية المؤسسة الخدماتية ببلدية الوادي؟ • هل يساهم الاتصال غير الرسمي في تعزيز فعالية المؤسسة الخدماتية ببلدية الوادي؟ • وهدفت الدراسة لوصف الظاهرة وكشف الدور القائم بين الاتصال التنظيمي والفعالية التنظيمية للمؤسسة الخدماتية بلدية الوادي، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة من أجل الإلمام بجوانب الموضوع، كما استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية، واستخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل هذه البيانات والمعطيات، وخلصت الدراسة بالنتائج التالية: • أن الاتصال التنظيمي يساهم في تعزيز فعالية المؤسسة الخدماتية ببلدية الوادي. • أن الاتصال الرسمي يعزز من فعالية المؤسسة الخدماتية ببلدية الوادي، وذلك بنسبة 95.58%، حسب استجابات أفراد العينة وحسب وجهة نظرهم. • أن الاتصال غير الرسمي لا يعزز من فعالية المؤسسة الخدماتية ببلدية الوادي بنسبة69.11%، وذلك حسب استجابات أفراد عينة البحث.
