Abstract

تتمحور دراستنا لهذا الموضوع حول الانتخابات التشريعية في الأنظمة الديمقراطية، وتوضيح ما تلعبه هذه العملية من دور مهمللمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والتي لها تأثير ايجابي على مستوى الفرد بحيث تشعره أهمية وثقل وزنه السياسي، فالعملية الانتخابية من أهم المواضيع التي تنال اهتمام الرأي العام سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الدولي، كما أن الحقوق السياسية مثلت وتمثل عبر التاريخ أداة الصراع بين الحكام والمواطنين على الدوام، وبتطور الفكر الانساني أصبح هذا النظام أداة تعاون عندما يكون هناك اتفاق دستوري تبين ما للمواطنين تجاه الحاكم. فكانت محاور دراستها على الهيئة الناخبة وكيف تتم عملية الترشح للمناصب والفوز بمقاعد في الدولة وذلك عن طريق القيام بعملية الاقتراع والحملات الانتخابية بطريقة نزيهة وديمقراطية مما يضمن للناخب حقوقهم وحرياته والتعبير عن رأيه في ظل الأنظمة الديمقراطية، كما انتهت هذه الدراسة ببيان كيف تتم عملية توزيع المقاعد والتي كانت على نظامين نظام الاغلبية ونظام التمثيل النسبي.On Study of this topic revolies around legishalive elections in democratic. It also ains to clarify the important role that this provess plays in particioating in political life, whitch in ton has a positive impact on the level of the value of his political weight. The electoral process is of the most important topics that attracts the public opinion locally r internationaly. Political rights have always represented and still represents a tool of conflict between rulers and citizens throughout history. With thr development of the human thought, this system becomes a tool of cooreperation when there is a constitutional agreement that clarifies citizens duties tonords the ruller. The axes of the study focus on the electoral college, how to run for elections and how to uinsecits, what has been mentioned above goes through balloting and electoral compaigns in honest and democratic way that assures for the voter his rights, freedom, and expressing his opinion under democratic systems. In the end, the study was clarifying how the process of seats distribution is done which was under two system Majority system and proportional representation system.
