الكوارث الطبيعية وآثارها على بلاد المغرب على عهدي المرابطين والموحدين

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة:

تناولت هذه الدراسة تأثير الكوارث الطبيعية على بلاد المغرب خلال عهدي المرابطين والموحدين، مسلطة الضوء على الأزمات البيئية والإنسانية التي عرفتها المنطقة، مثل المجاعات، والأوبئة، والجفاف، والفيضانات، وما خلفته من آثار اجتماعية واقتصادية عميقة. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن هذه الكوارث لم تكن ناتجة فقط عن عوامل طبيعية، بل ساهم فيها أيضًا العامل البشري، خاصة السياسات الاقتصادية المجحفة مثل كثرة الضرائب، إلى جانب الحروب والاضطرابات السياسية.

كما أبرزت الدراسة التداعيات السلبية لهذه الكوارث على النشاطين الصناعي والتجاري، وانتشار مظاهر الانفلات الأمني والانحلال الاجتماعي في فترات الأزمات. وفي المقابل، تطرقت الدراسة إلى الجهود التي بذلتها السلطتان المرابطية والموحدية للتخفيف من آثار هذه الأزمات، من خلال اعتماد مبدأ التكافل الاجتماعي وتوزيع المؤن المخزنة على السكان في أوقات الشدة. This study examines the impact of natural disasters on the Maghreb region during the Almoravid and Almohad periods, highlighting the environmental and humanitarian crises that affected the region—such as famines, epidemics, droughts, and floods—and the deep social and economic consequences they left behind. The study shows that these disasters were not solely the result of natural factors, but were also driven by human factors, particularly harsh economic policies like excessive taxation, as well as wars and political instability.

The research also sheds light on the negative repercussions of these disasters on industrial and commercial activities, as well as the rise in social disorder and insecurity during times of crisis. In contrast, the study explores the efforts made by both the Almoravid and Almohad states to alleviate the impact of these calamities by promoting social solidarity and distributing stored provisions to the population during periods of hardship.
