تطورات التجارة الإلكترونية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى إب ا رز تأثير فيروس كورونا المستجد )كوفيد 19 ( على تطور التجارة الإلكترونية، بحيث أصبحت هذه الأخيرة حلا مثيلا وبديلا حتميا في ظل الظروف التي مر بها العالم أثناء الجائحة، بالرغم من انتشارها إلا أن نموها ظل بطيئا خاصة في بعض الدول التي لات ا زل ثقافة استخدامها ضعيفة فيها، ومع ظروف الحجر المنزلي والتدابير الاحت ا رزية التي قيدت حركة الأف ا رد كان لهذا الفضل في رد الاعتبار للتجارة الإلكترونية، هذا بالإضافة إلى قانون 18 / 05 الذي حدد معالمها الأساسية وشروطها والت ا زمات أط ا رفها، كما أنه كان للدفع الإلكتروني أهمية كبيرة حيث ساهم في التباعد الاجتماعي، وعدم الاختلاط، كما أن للتسويق الإلكتروني الفضل أيضًا في الترويج لمختلف السلع والخدمات وتقديمها للمستهلك دون عناء وجهد بطرق آمنة ومضمونة وهذا لتجنب انتقال العدوى وانتشارها.This study aimed to highlight the impact of the emerging corona virus (covid 19) on the development of electronic commerce, which is became a perfect solution and an inevitable alternative under the condition that the world went throught during the pandemic, and despite its spread its grouth has been slow, especially in some countries whose use culture is still weak, and the quarantine conditions and the precantionary measures that restricted the movment of individuals, this was the credit for rehabilitating electronic commerce in addition to the low 18\05 which defined its basic features and conditions and the obligations of great importance, as it contributed to ensuring social distancing and non-mixing, electronic marketing also had a great deal in promoting goods and services and presenting them to the consumer without trouble and effort in safe secure ways to avoid transmission and spread of infection.
