Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية:

هدفت الدراسةإلى التعرف علىالتأثير الذي تحدثه تكنولوجيا الاتصالات الحديثة في عملية تسيير المؤسسة,وقد قامت الدراسة على فرضية أساسية هي:يوجد تأثير لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات الحديثة في تسيير المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 وقد اعتمدنا في هذهالدراسة على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وقد تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة موضوع دراستنا وهو الأنسب لهذا النوع من الدراسات.وقد اخترنا عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجموعة الموظفين والموظفات ببلدية النخلة قوامها50 مفردة. وتم الاعتماد في الاساليب الاحصائية على النسب المئوية وبرنامج الحزمة الاحصائية spssمن أجل تحليل الاستبانة, ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون لقياس العلاقة بين تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وتسيير المؤسسة، وكذلك للتأكد من صدق الاستبيان, وقد أسفرت النتائج النهائية للدراسة على أنه يوجد تأثير لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات الحديثة في تسيير المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 0.05. Summary: The study aimed to identify the impact of modern communication technology on the operation of the institution, and the study was based on a basic hypothesis: There is an effect of modern communication technology on the management of the institution under study at a level of significance of 0.05. In this study, we have relied on the questionnaire tool to collect data, and the study has adopted the descriptive analytical approach that is appropriate to the nature of the subject of our study and is most appropriate for this type of studies. We chose a simple random sample from the group of male and female employees in Al-Nakhla Municipality, consisting of 50 individuals.

The statistical methods were relied on percentages and the statistical package spss program in order to analyze the questionnaire, and the Pearson correlation coefficient to measure the relationship between modern communication technology and the management of the institution, as well as to ensure the validity of the questionnaire. The final results of the study revealed that there is an impact of modern communication technology in the management of the institution. The study was at a significance level of 0.05.
