الدافعية للانجاز لدى مربي التربية الخاصة (مربي التلاميذ الصم ومربي التلاميذ المكفوفين)

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الدافعية للانجاز لدى مربيي ومعلمي التربية الخاصة العاملين مع فئة التلاميذ المكفوفين ونظرائهم العاملين مع فئة التلاميذ الصم وتم إجراء الدراسة على عينة تكونت من ( )43مربي ومعلم من ولاية الوادي ، وقد اختيروا بطريقة قصدية ،وهي عينة مسحية تشمل كل افراد مجتمع الدراسة وباستخدام مقياس الدافعية للانجاز ل عبد اللطيف خليفة والمكيف على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف الاستاذ البشير معمرية والذي يحتوي على ابعده الخمسة تمثلت في الآتي : (السعي نحو التفوق والطموح، المثابرة ، الشعور بأهمية الزمن، التخطيط للمستقبل ، الشعور بالمسؤولية) وبإتباع المنهج الوصفي السببي المقارن ولاختبار فرضيات الد ارسة تم استخدم المتوسط الحسابي والانح ارف المعياري، وتم تطبيق اختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات لعينتين وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية : - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الشعور بالمسؤولية بين مربي ومعلمي التلاميذ الصم ونظرائهم العاملين مع التلاميذ المكفوفين . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السعي نحو التفوق والطموح بين مربي ومعلمي التلاميذ الصم ونظرائهم العاملين مع التلاميذ المكفوفين . لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المثابرة بين مربي ومعلمي التلاميذ الصم ونظرائهم العاملين مع التلاميذ المكفوفين .9 لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الشعور بأهمية الزمن بين مربي ومعلمي التلاميذ الصم ونظرائهم العاملين مع التلاميذ المكفوفين . لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التخطيط للمستقبل بين مربي ومعلمي التلاميذ الصم ونظرائهم العاملين مع التلاميذ المكفوفين . - ومنه لم تتحقق الفرضية العامة والتي مفادها: - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الدافعية للانجاز بين مربي ومعلمي التربية العاملين مع فئة التلاميذ المكفوفين ونظرائهم العاملين مع التلاميذ الصم.10 Summary The study aimed to know the motivation for achievement among the educators and teachers of special education working with classes of blind students and their counterparts working with deaf students The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (43) teachers and educators of Eloued, they were selected in a deliberate manner, a survey sample that includes all members of the study community and using the scale of motivation for achievement of Abdellatif Khalifa and adapting to the Algerian environment by Mr. Bashir Maamria, which contains the farthest The five were: (striving for excellence and ambition, perseverance, sense of time, planning for the future, sense of responsibility) and following the descriptive causal comparative method and to test the hypotheses of the study used the mean and standard deviation, and the test (T) to indicate the differences between the averages Two samples were reached following results: - There are no statistically significant in the sense of responsibility among breeders of Deaf pupils differences and their counterparts working with blind pupils. - There are no statistically significant differences in the quest for excellence and ambition among the educators of deaf pupils and their working counterparts with the blind pupils. - There are no statistically significant differences in persistence between breeders of pupils Deaf differences and their counterparts working with blind pupils. There are no statistically significant differences in the sense of the importance of time between the educators of deaf pupils and their working counterparts with the blind pupils.11 - There are no statistically significant differences in planning for the e between the breeders of pupils Deaf differences and their counterparts working with blind pupils. - and from the general premise that that did not materialize: - There are differences of statistical significance in the motivation for achievement between educators and educators working with the class of blind pupils and their counterparts working with deaf pupils.
