| dc.description.abstract | تكتسي دراسة التلوث البيئي وأثاره على حق الإنسان في بيئة نظيفة أهمية بالغة في عصرنا الحالي، إذ تعد حماية البيئة مسألة عصرية تعني الإنسانية ككل وتعني جميع الدول، فحماية البيئة هي مطلب عالمي لأن سلامة أفراد المجتمع واستقرار الحياة على أي بقعة من الأرض رهينا ببيئة نظيفة ومتوازنة، كما تتناول الدراسة حق من حقوق الجيل الثالث لحقوق الإنسان والتي تعتبر من أهم القضايا الدولية والوطنية. وترجع أهمية تسليط الضوء على موضوع البحث لدقة وحساسية المسائل التي تتناولها، حيث ازداد حجم التلوث البيئي واتسع نطاقه بفعل التطور الصناعي والتكنولوجي، وما صاحب ذلك من استخدام أسلحة نووية وكيميائية وبيولوجية تهدد الحياة الإنسانية ومصير الكون كله بما في ذلك طبقة الأوزون. | en_US |
