نقد المتن عند الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي من خلال كتابه الأحكام الوسطى

Abstract

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، يأتي هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على موضوع كثر فيه الكلام قديما وحديثا، وهو موضوع نقد المتن عند المحدثين، واخترنا شخصية الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي أنموذجا لدراسة هذا الموضوع. ويهدف هذا البحث أساسا لكشف منهج وطريقة الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي في نقد متون الأحاديث، لنثبت من خلاله أصالة منهج المحدثين في التعامل مع نصوص السنة النبوية، وابطال تهم وشبهات المستشرقين والحداثيين عنهم. ولقد قسمنا هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة مطالب؛ في المطلب الأول ذكرنا ترجمة الإمام الإشبيلي والتعريف بكتابه الأحكام الوسطى، وخصصنا المطلب الثاني لنقد المتن ومعاييره عند المحدثين، أما المطلب الثالث فذكرنا فيه ملامح المنهج النقدي لنقد المتن عند الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي. ولقد خلص هذا البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها؛ أن الإمام الإشبيلي سلك مسلك المحدثين النقاد في نقدهم لمتون الأحاديث، وكان منهجه في ذلك منهجا دقيقا يتسم بالموضوعية والدقة. Abstract : Praise be to God, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God. This research comes to shed light on a topic in which there has been a lot of talk in the past and present, which is the subject of criticism of the text of hadiths at alhadith scholars, and we chose the character of Imam Abdul Haq Al-Ishbili as a model to study this topic. This research aims mainly to uncover the methodology and method of Imam Abdul-Haq Al-Ishbili in criticizing the text of hadiths, to prove through it the authenticity of alhadith scholars approach in dealing with the texts of the Prophet’s Sunnah, And heroes accusations and suspicions of Orientalists and modernists about them. We have divided this research into three branches: In the first section we mentioned the translation of Imam al-Ishbili and the introduction to his book Al-Ahkam Al-Wusta. We devoted the second section to criticism of the text of hadiths and its standards for alhadith scholars. As for the third section, we mentioned the features of the critical approach to criticizing the text of hadiths according to Imam Abd al-Haq al-Ishbili. This research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: That Imam al-Ishbili followed the path of the alhadith scholars who criticized the text of hadiths, His approach to that was accurate, objective and accurate.
