Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم العلاقة التناسبية بين الغاز الطبيعي المستغل تجاريا وغير المستغل في كل من الجزائر، روسيا وقطر، وتبيان مسارات الإستغلال الإجمالي للثروة الغازية على مستواهم، مع تقديم رؤية متكاملة حول أفضل سياسات الإستغلال الأمثل للثروة الغازية الجزائرية في إطار الحد من نسب حرق الغاز الطبيعي والمصاحب، وترقية كفاءته الإستخدامية بناءا على مزايا وإيجابيات التجربتين الروسية والقطرية. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze and evaluate the relative relationship between commercially exploited and non-exploited natural gas in Algeria, Russia and Qatar, and to show the overall exploitation paths of the gas resources in these countries and provide an integrated vision on the best policies for the optimal utilization of the Algerian gas resources in the framework of reducing associated gas flaring ratios, and upgrading the efficiency of the use based on the advantages of the Russian and Qatari experiences.
