بين الإيمامين الدارقطني والقاضي عياض في الأحاديث المنتقدة على صحيح مسلم دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

"تناول هذا البحث مقارنة بين الإمامين الدارقطين والقاضي عياض في الأحاديث الأفراد المنتقدة في صحيح مسلم من خلالكتبهم الثالثة :( التتبع، الإكمال ، الصحيح )، وهي عبارة عن دراسة مقارنة نماذج مختارة من أحاديث صحيح مسلم. وقد حاولت في هذا البحث الإجابة عن الإشكاليات المطروحة لعل أهم إشكالية ،كم عدد الموافقات والمخالفات بين هؤلاء الإئمة؟ واقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمة الى مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة ، حيث تضمنت المباحث أربع مطالب، أما اخاتمة فيفها النتائج والتوصيات. أهم تلك النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن عدد الأفراد المنتقدة في صحيح مسلم هي 54 حديثا ، وأن عدة ما اتفق عليه الإمامان الدارقطين والقاضي عياض وخالف فيه الإمام مسلم ( 16 حديثا)، وعدة مااختلف فيه الدارقطين والقاضي عياض (6 أحاديث )وغريها . هذا والله تعالى أعلم ، وصلى االله وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين."This research deals with a comparison between the two Imams Al-Daraqutni and Al-Qadi Iyad in the critical hadiths in Sahih Muslim through their three books (Al-Tabaq, Al-Akmal, AlSahih), which is a comparative study of selected models of hadiths in Sahih Muslim. In this research, I tried to answer the problems presented, and perhaps the most important problem is how many approvals and disagreements are there between these imams? The nature of the research required dividing it into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. Where the investigations included four demands, as for the ring, it contains the results and recommendations The most important findings that I reached is that the number of people criticized in Sahih Muslim is( 54 hadiths), and that the number of what the two Imams agreed upon by Al-Dar Qatni and Judge Iyad in which Imam Muslim disagreed with( 16 hadiths), and I promised what Al-Dar Qatni and Judge Ayyad disagreed with(6 hadiths) and others.
