فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على نظرية هولاند لتنمية الميول المهنية بهدف بناء مشروع مهني لتلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على نظرية هولاند لتنمية الميول المهنية بهدف بناء مشروع مهني لتلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم الشبه التجريبي لمجموعة واحدة بقياسين (قبلي- بعدي) قوامها(10) تلاميذ من السنة أولى ثانوي شعبة علوم وآداب أختير بطريقة قصدية من ثانوية تجاني امحمد بالبياضة (ولاية الوادي –الجزائر) باستخدام مقياس الميول المهنية لصاحبته سميرة ميسون، وتطبيق برنامج إرشادي قائم على نظرية هولاند لتنمية الميول المهنية من إعداد الباحثة، وتمت معالجة بيانات الدراسة بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية(SpssV22)، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - توجدفروقدالةاحصائياعندمستوىالدلالة( ) بينالقياسين القبليوالبعديللمجموعة الإرشادية من تلاميذ الأولى ثانوي على مقياس الميول المهنية وأبعاده - لا توجدفروقدالةاحصائياعندمستوىالدلالة( ) بينالقياسين البعدي والتتبعي للمجموعة الإرشادية من تلاميذ الأولى ثانوي على مقياس الميول المهنية وأبعاده. وهي نتائج تشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج، وقد تم مناقشتها في ضوء الإطار النظري للدراسة والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة، والتركيز على المعطيات الميدانية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى التوصية بضرورة القيام بمختلف الدراسات والبرامج الإرشادية التي تساهم في تنمية الميول المهنية وبناء مشروع مهني مستقبلي بمختلف النظريات الإرشادية المتاحةلدى التلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية وصولا إلى الجامعة.

Abstract The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a counseling program based on Holland's theory for the development of vocational tendencies with the goal of building a professional project for first-year secondary students. To achieve the study's objectives, an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design was adopted for a single group with pre-test and post-test measurements, consisting of 10 first-year secondary students from the Science and Literature stream, selected intentionally from Tijani Mohamed Secondary School in El-Bayadh (El-Oued Province, Algeria) using the vocational tendencies scale by Samira Maysoun. A counseling program based on Holland's theory for the development of vocational tendencies was implemented, prepared by the researcher. The study data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V22), and the study yielded the following results: - There are statistically significant differences at the significance level ( ) between the pre-test and post-test measurements for the counseling group of first-year secondary students on the vocational tendencies scale and its dimensions. - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level ( ) between the post-test and follow-up measurements for the counseling group of first-year secondary students on the vocational tendencies scale and its dimensions. These results indicate the effectiveness of the program, and they were discussed in light of the theoretical framework of the study and related previous studies, focusing on field data. The study also concluded with a recommendation for the necessity of conducting various studies and counseling programs that contribute to the development of vocational tendencies and the building of a future professional project using various available counseling theories for students at the middle and secondary school levels leading to university.
