Abstract

" هدفت دراستنا إلى اختبار أثر دور المشرع الجزائري في حماية المستهلك السياحي تجاه الخدمة السياحية والأسعار الإستنزافية والترويج المظلل للخدمة السياحية في المركب السياحي الغزال الذهبي بولاية الوادي. وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية حيث تم اعتماد (30) استمارة، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر إيجابي للتشريع الجزائري في حماية المستهلك السياحي بالمركب السياحي الغزال الذهبي بولاية الوادي. " "Our study aimed to test the impact of the role of the Algerian legislator in protecting the tourist consumer towards the tourist service, depleting prices, and the shady promotion of the tourist service in the tourist complex, Al-Ghazal Al-Dhahabi, in the state of El-Wadi. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting primary data, as (30) questionnaires were adopted, after statistical analysis. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of the Algerian legislation in protecting the tourist consumer in the Golden Gazelle tourist boat in El Oued state. "
