dc.description.abstractيُحيل مفهوم التواصل في المنظور الإسلامي على التفاعل الإيجابي النّابع من رغبة صادقة في خلق التفاهم مع الآخر؛ وهوّ المنطلق للوصول إلى الحق باستعمال حواسّ التواصل، والدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى معرفة دور الاتصال الفعال في العملية التعليمية في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، و للإجابة عن التساؤل العام للدّراسة؛ الذّي تمثّل في: هل الاتصال الفعال ضروري في العملية التعليمية في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ؟ تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد دور العملية الاتصالية في تحسين مستوى المتعلّمين، تكوّنت العينة من 40 تلميذاً، مع تطبيق أداتي الملاحظة والاستبيان. وتمّت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستخدام التّكرارات، والنّسب المئوية، وتفسير النتائج في ضوء الفرضيات على شكل منحنيات بيانية. وقد أفرزت نتائج البحث أنّ الأداءات السلوكية لمهارة الاتصال والتعامل الإنساني ضرورية في العملية التعليمية، مع عدم وجود أداءات سلوكية سلبية في مجال الاتصال العلائقي بين المعلّم والمتعلّمين، في حين كانت مهارة الاتصال والتعامل الإنساني عند الأستاذ ذات مستوى ضعيف –حسب أفراد عينة البحث- ، أمّا النمط القيادي الذي كان سائدا لدى المعلّمين فهو النمط التسلطي.The concept of communication in the Islamic perspective refers to positive interaction stemming from a sincere desire to create understanding with the other. It is the starting point for reaching the truth by using the senses of communication, and the current study aims to know the role of effective communication in the educational process in the intermediate education stage, and to answer the general question of the study; Which was represented in: Is effective communication necessary in the educational process in the intermediate education stage? The descriptive approach was relied upon to determine the role of the communicative process in improving the level of learners. The sample consisted of 40 students, with the application of observation and questionnaire tools. The data were statistically processed using frequencies and percentages, and the results were interpreted in the light of the hypotheses in the form of graphic curves. The results of the research revealed that the behavioral performances of the skill of communication and human interaction are necessary in the educational process, with no negative behavioral performances in the field of relational communication between the teacher and the learners, while the skill of communication and human interaction with the professor was of a weak level - according to the members of the research sample -. The leadership style that was prevalent among teachers is the authoritarian style.en_US
