dc.description.abstract"هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج يقيس أبعادها المتمثلة في:البعد الخيري، الاقتصادي، القانوني والأخلاقي في تعظيم الميزة التنافسية من خلال أبعادها المتمثلة في: الإبداع، السمعة، التكلفة والجودة وقد أجريت الدراسة في مؤسسة SAREL AJ- ABG (كوينين) وبعد جمع البيانات باستخدام كل من الملاحظة، والمقابلة وتحليل المعطيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تعظيم الميزة التنافسية." " The research aims to recognize the role of social responsibility, based on a sample that considers its perspective which are : charitable, economical, legal and ethical, in maximizing competitive advantage through its features: creativity, reputation, cost and quality. The study was conducted at SAREL AJ- ABG (Quinen) and after collection data through observation, interviews and data analysis using the statistical programme SPSS, the study found that social responsibility has a significant role in maximizing the competitive advantage.
