دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين العملية التعليمية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة بعنوان دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين العملية التعليمية إلى دراسة حالة الجامعة الجزائرية للكشف عن مدى تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في البيئة التعليمية وتحديد دورها وتوضيح العلاقة مع المجال التعليمي وحصر التحديات التي تحول دون إدماجها في العملية التعليمية، حيث خلصت لعدة نتائج أهمها ضعف بنية هذه التكنولوجيا في البيئة التعليمية وصعوبة استحداث نظام شامل يوازي التعليم التقليدي إلا أن العنصر البشري الفعال في العملية الاتصالية يُبدي تطور ملحوظ وكفاءة تمكنه تحقيق الموازنة بين الصعوبات وتحسين العملية التعليمية إلا أنها لا ترقى لمستوى الجودة المطلوبة.

SUMMARY This study, entitled the role of information technology and communication in improving the educational process, aimed at studying the case of the Algerian University to reveal the extent of the application of information technology and communication in the educational environment and determine its role and clarify the relationship with the educational field and limit the challenges that prevent its integration into the educational process, Where it concluded several results, the most important of which is the weakness of the structure of this technology in the educational environment and the difficulty of developing a comprehensive system that equals traditional education, but the effective human element in the communication process shows a noticeable development and efficiency that enables it to achieve a balance between difficulties and improve the educational process, but it does not amount to the required quality level.
