Abstract

من خلال ما سابق حاولنا تسليط الضوء على مركز الأجانب وفقا للقانون 08/11، فبدأنا في هده الدارسة بالإشكالية بمناقشتها وتحليلها، وذللك من خلال تقسيم المذكرة إلى فصلين، تطرقنا في الفصل الأول دخول وإقامة الأجانب الى الجزائر حسب القانون 08/11، يتبن المشرع الجزائري اشترط لدخول الأجانب إلى التراب الوطني، وبيان كذللك نوع إقامة الأجنبي وشروطها . وكذللك يكفل القانون 08/11 تنقل الأجانب والتصريح بتشغيل الاجانب وإيوائهم وفق إجراءات إدارية . أما الفصل الثاني يتعلق بنهاية الإقامة سوء كانت عادية أو بقوة القانون وذللك من الإبعاد والطرد والمبحث الثاني يتضمن الأحكام الجزائية اي العقوبات التي تصدر في حق المخالف . A travers ce qui précède، nous avons essayé de faire la lumière sur le statut des étrangers conformément à la loi 08/11.Le législateur algérien a prévu l'entrée des étrangers sur le territoire national، ainsi que le type et les conditions de séjour de l'étranger. De même، la loi 11/08 garantit la circulation des étrangers et permet l'emploi et le logement des étrangers selon les procédures administratives. Quant au deuxième chapitre، il concerne la fin du séjour، qu'il soit normal ou de force de loi، et celui de la déportation et de l'expulsion، et le deuxième thème comprend les dispositions pénales، c'est-à-dire les peines prononcées contre le contrevenant.Through the foregoing، we tried to shed light on the status of foreigners in accordance with Law 08/11. The Algerian legislator stipulated the entry of foreigners into the national territory، as well as the type and conditions of the foreigner's residence. Likewise، Law 11/08 guarantees the movement of foreigners and permits the employment and accommodation of foreigners according to administrative procedures. As for the second chapter، it relates to the end of the residence، whether it was normal or by force of law، and that of deportation and expulsion، and the second topic includes penal provisions، i.e. penalties issued against the violator
