أثر ادارة المعرفة في نجاح إدارة التغيير _دراسة حالة بلدية الرقيبة

Abstract

"ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إُف التعرؼ على مدى تأثَت إدارة اؼبعرفة بأبعادىا األربعة: اكتساب اؼبعرفة، خزف اؼبعرفة، توزيع اؼبعرفة وتطبيق اؼبعرفة على قباح إدارة التغيَت يف بلدية الرقيبة، واستخدمت يف سبيل ذلك اؼبنهج الوصفي لدراسة الظاىرة، مستعملة االستبياف، اؼببلحظة واؼبقابلة كأدوات عبمع اؼبعطيات، حيث مت توزيع 100 إستمارة استبياف مت اسًتداد 72 منها، ومن مث ربليل فقراهتا باستخداـ برنامج اغبزمة اإلحصائية لتطبيقات العلوـ االجتماعية SPSS ،وانطبلقا من ذلك توصلت الدراسة أف اذباىات األفراد اؼبستجوبُت كبو فقرات إدارة اؼبعرفة جد مقبولة كبو األبعاد: اكتساب اؼبعرفة، خزف اؼبعرفة وتطبيق اؼبعرفة، ومتوسطة كبو بعد توزيع اؼبعرفة، فبا يدؿ على واقع مقبوؿ إلدارة اؼبعرفة ببلدية الرقيبة، وتبُت كذلك إُف ألبعاد إدارة اؼبعرفة تأثَتا مقبوال يف إدارة التغيَت ببلدية الرقيبة، حيث يؤثر تطبيق اؼبعرفة بنسبة 55 ،%مث اكتساب وتوزيع اؼبعرفة بنسب متساو ية 40 ،%وأخَتا بعد خزف اؼبعرفة بنسبة 31 ،%وكذلك استنتجت الدراسة أنو ال توجد فروؽ ذات داللة إحصائية بُت آراء األفراد اؼبستجوبُت كبو أبعاد إدارة اؼبعرفة وإدارة التغيَت تعود إُف اؼبتغَتات الديبغرفية للدراسة""This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of knowledge management in its four dimensions: knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution and knowledge application on the success of change management in the municipality of REGUIBA. 100 questionnaires were distributed, 72 of which were retrieved, and then their paragraphs were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Applications SPSS program. Based on that, the study concluded that the respondents’ attitudes towards knowledge management items are very acceptable towards the dimensions: knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage and knowledge application, and medium Towards the dimension of knowledge distribution, which indicates an acceptable reality for knowledge management in the municipality of REGUIBA, It was also shown that the dimensions of knowledge management had an acceptable impact on the management of change in the municipality of Al Rugaiba, where the application of knowledge affects by 55%, then the acquisition and distribution of knowledge in equal proportions, 40%, and finally after storing knowledge by 31%, as well as the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between The opinions of the interviewed individuals towards the dimensions of knowledge management and change management refer to the demographic variables of the study"
