تحديات جودة التعليم في الجزائر

Abstract

Abstract : The current study aimed to monitor the responses of a sample of teachers regarding the challenges facing the quality of the educational process in Algeria (factors related to students as a model). The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the announced goal, where the data were collected by preparing a questionnaire consisting of (11) paragraphs and presented to a sample of (169) teachers. After quantitative analysis using the arithmetic mean, the results were as follows: Lack of concentration of students during the lesson with an average of (41.59), School cheating with an average of (41.00) Lack of interest (40.00),Weak motivation (39.70) Weak acquisitions (39.34) Weak moral level (39.17) Boredom (39.11),Introversion (38.34) Weak achievement (37.45) Weak mental abilities (33.13),Absences (36.05). الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد استجابات عينة من المدرسين المتعلقة بالتحديات التي تواجه جودة العملية التعليمة بالجزائر (العوامل المتعلقة بالتلاميذ كنموذج)، وقد إعتمد الباحث من أجل تحقيق الهدف المعلن على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث جمعت البيانات عن طريق إعداد استبيان يتكون من (11) فقرة وقدم إلى عينة عدد أفرادها (169) استاذا وأستاذة، وبعد تحليلها كميا باستخدام المتوسط الحسابي كانت النتائج كمايلي : قلة تركيز التلاميذ أثناء الدرس بمتوسط حسابي مقدر بـ(41.59)، الغش المدرسي بمتوسط (41.00)، عدم الاهتمام(40.00) ، ضعف الدافعية (39.70)، ضعف المكتسبات(39.34)، ضعف المستوى الأخلاقي(39.17)، الملل(39.11)،الانطوائية(38.34)، ضعف التحصيل(37.45)، ضعف القدرات العقلية (33.13)، الغيابات(36.05). مفاهيم الدراسة : استجابات المدرسين، التحديات، جودة العملية التعليمة.
