التعدد اللغوي مظاهره وانعكاساته في الواقع اللغوي الجزائري

Abstract

إنَّ ظاهرة التعدد اللغوي لا تكاد تخلوا منها أية دولة أو مجتمع، فمنها ما أثرت عليه هذه الظاهرة بالسلب وكانت معيار من معايير التخلف، ومنهم من اتخذها مطية للتعبير عن احترام الشعوب ولغاتها، وانفتاحا عن الثقافات التي تحملها هذه اللغات، فكان استغلال هذه التعددية اللغوية والاهتمام باللغات الدخيلة جزءا من حضارتها وتقدمها، وقد اتخذت هذه الظاهرة في الوسط الجزائري شكلين: أحدهما ما يطلق عليه الثنائية اللغوية والآخر يسمى بالازدواجية اللغوية، وقد كان لكل منهما حضورا واسعا في وسطنا اللغوي الجزائري، وقد خلفت هذه التعددية أثرا عظميا على العملية التواصلية داخل المجتمع الجزائري ووسطه التعليمي the phenomenon of multilingualism hardly abandoned by any State or company wide has affected him. This phenomenon has caused underdevelopment; either has been taken as a claim to express the respect of peoples, languages and cultures which have incurred these languages. Exploitation of this linguistic and cultural pluralism of those linguistic pluralism is part of its civilization and its advancement. This phenomenon, in the Algerian Center, has taken two forms the first is individual plurilingualism and the second is social (diglossia\/bilingualism). The presence of both in our environment has influenced on communication in the educational environment community Algeria.
