واقع الحركة الجمعوية في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

يتناول البحث إشكالية واقع الحركة الجمعوية في المجتمع الجزائري من خلال الاستطلاعات الميدانية والقراءات الأدبية تم بناء السؤال التالي: ما هي الظروف التاريخية التي نشأ في ظلها المجتمع المدني ؟و هل هناك دور لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني بصفة عامة والجمعيات على وجه الخصوص في العمل على خلق تنمية مجتمعية محلية ؟ وما طبيعة برامج الحركة الجمعوية ؟ وما هي العراقيل والصعوبات التي تواجهها الجمعيات في خلق التنمية الاجتماعية ؟ تمت الاستناد على منهج: تحليلي وصفي ، وظفنا فيه مفهوم "الحركة الجمعوية وواقع فعاليتها ومساهمتها في خلق عملية التنمية الاجتماعية . The reality of associative movement in Algerian society Abstract : this research discusses the problematic of the movement collectivity’s actuality in the Algerian society from reconnaissance fields and readings, so, the question is what is the historical circumstances which begin in civil society ? Is there any role for institution of the civil society in general and for association in special to create a social local development? What is the nature of the collectivity movement? What is the difficulty of collectivity movement in the creation of the social development? We based on: Analytical and descriptive method, we have employed the concept of the collectivity movement and its reality of efficiency and contribution to create a social development process.
