Abstract

الفقهيّة موضوع المخالفات الشرعية في الخطبة وآثارها الاجتماعية، والتي بُنيت عن إشكالٍ رئيس هو: ما هي المخالفات الشرعية في الخطبة؟ وما آثارها الاجتماعية؟ وأُجيب عنه من خلال مبحثي الدراسة الذي كان أولهما في بيان ماهية الخطبة، وكان الثاني منهما في المخالفات الشرعية في شتى أطوار الخطبة: قبلها وأثناءها وبعدها، وآثار تمع والفرد، وفي الأخير خلُصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمّها 􀂋 هذه المخالفات على ا أن الخطبة مقدمة للزواج فحسب، ولا يترتب عنها أي شيء من أمور الزوجية، وللمخالفات تمع. 􀂋 التي تقع فيها أثرها السلبي على الفرد وعلى ا Abstract: This jurisprudential study dealt with the issue of legal transgressions in the engagement and its social effects ، which were based on a chief problem: what are the legal irregularities in the engagement? What are their social effects? And I answer it through the study which was the first in the statement of what the engagement ،and the second of them in the legal irregularities in various stages of the sermon: before ،during and after ،and the effects of these violations on society and individual ،finally ،the study concluded with number of results ،the most important of them which is that the sermon is intended for marriage only ،and does not entail anything of maritalindividual and society. matters ،and for effect that have a negative imp
