Abstract

يُعتبر القطاع الرقمي من القطاعات الحيوية في الجزائر، حيث يلعب دورًا أساسيًا في تعزيز النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، كما تساهم البنية التحتية الرقمية في دعم التنمية المستدامة من خلال تحسين الوصول إلى المعلومات والخدمات الإلكترونية، مما يعزز الابتكار ويخلق فرص عمل جديدة، تهدف البحث إلى دراسة دور البنية التحتية الرقمية في الجزائر وتأثيرها على الاقتصاد الرقمي، مع التركيز على كيفية تطويرها لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التي تشير إلى أن الجزائر تمتلك إمكانيات كبيرة، مثل زيادة نسبة مستخدمي الإنترنت والتوجه نحو التحول الرقمي، إلا أن هناك تحديات تواجهها، مثل نقص الاستثمارات والأمية الرقمية. ومع ذلك، تساهم هذه العوامل في تعزيز جهود الحكومة لدعم القطاع الرقمي كوسيلة فعالة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة ودفع عجلة الاقتصاد Abstract: The digital sector is considered one of the vital sectors in Algeria, playing a fundamental role in promoting economic and social growth. The digital infrastructure contributes to supporting sustainable development by improving access to information and electronic services, thereby enhancing innovation and creating new job opportunities. This research aims to study the role of digital infrastructure in Algeria and its impact on the digital economy, focusing on how to develop it for maximum benefit. The study concludes that Algeria has significant potential, such as an increasing percentage of internet users and a shift towards digital transformation. However, it also faces challenges like a lack of investments and digital illiteracy. Nonetheless, these factors contribute to strengthening the government’s efforts to support the digital sector as an effective means to achieve sustainable development and drive economic growth.
