Abstract

تهدف الد ا رسة الى معرفة تأثير الدور التكاملي بين الآليات الداخلية اولآليات الخارجية )دور مجلس الإدارة، دور اللجان، آلية الم ا رجعة الداخلية، آلية منافسة السوق، آلية الم ا رجعة الخارجية، التشريعات والقوانين(عل ى ابعاد التنمية المستدامة، حي ث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم بناء نموذج الد ا رسة انطلاقا من الد ا رسات النظرية والميدانية العربية والأجنبية التي لها علاقة بموضوع الد ا رسة ، والاستعانة بد ا رسة حالة في الجانب الميدان ي باختيار ثلاث مؤسسات اقتصادية )مؤسسة كوندور، مؤسسة ستارلايت، مؤسسة اريس سا ت( عن طريق استبيان اعد خصيصا لهذا الغرض وزع على عينة مكونة من 166 عامل تم تحليل ومعالجة بياناته إحصائيا باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي ) SPSS, v27 .) توصلت الد ا رسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها وجود أثر فعال للعلاقة التكاملية بين الآليات الداخلية اولآليا ت الخارجية لحوكمة المؤسسات على ابعاد التنمية المستدام ة مجتمعة، كما أوصت الد ا رسة بضرورة إد ا رك أهمية تطبيق اليا ت الحوكمة الداخلية والخارجية التي من شأنها ان تؤثر على تحقيق ابعا د التنمية المستدامة وتدعم بيئة الاعمال الجزائرية .The study aims to know the impact of the complementary role between internal and external mechanisms (the role of the board of directors, the role of committees, the internal review mechanism, the market competition mechanism, the external review mechanism, legislation and laws) on the dimensions of sustainable development, where the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon and the study model was built based on Arab and foreign theoretical and field studies related to the subject of the study, and using a case study in the field aspect by choosing three economic institutions (Condor Corporation, Starlight Corporation, Ares Sat Corporation) through a questionnaire prepared specifically for this purpose and distributed to a sample of 166 workers whose data were analyzed and processed statistically using the statistical program (SPSS, v27). The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is the existence of an effective impact of the complementary relationship between the internal and external mechanisms of corporate governance on the dimensions of sustainable development combined. The study also recommended the necessity of realizing the importance of applying internal and external governance mechanisms that would affect the achievement of the dimensions of sustainable development and support the Algerian business environment.
