أثر التوجه المقاولاتي على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التوجه المقاولاتي على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ولاية توقرت، أجريت دراسة ميدانية على 30 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة تنشط في قطاعات مختلفة؛ أبعاد التوجه المقاولاتي هي: (الإبتكار، الإستباقية، المخاطرة، العدائية التنافسية، الإستقلالية)؛ بينما تم قياس الأداء من خلال 14 مؤشر مستقاة من الدراسات السابقة. تمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في الإستبيان والمقابلة، وتحليل البيانات من خلال برنامج spss v23. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: مستوى التوجه المقاولاتي لدى عينة الدراسة مرتفع؛ تحقق هذه المؤسسات أداءا منخفضا؛ يوجد تأثير سلبي للتوجه المقاولاتي على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية توقرت؛ يوجد تأثير سلبي لعوامل البيئة الداخلية على أداء م ص م لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للتوجه المقاولاتي تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية ( الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة، )؛ يختلف أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بإختلاف موقع نشاط المؤسسة وعمر المؤسسة. The aim of our study is to study the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on performance of small and medium enterprises in touggourt, A field study was conducted on 30 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) active in different sectors, dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation includes : “innovativeness, risk- taking, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness, autonomy”.While performance of SMEs, it was measured through 14 indicator derived from previous studies and adapted according to the objective of the study. data collection techniques through questionnaire and interview, data that has been collected is then analyzed using spss. The results showed that the entrepreneurial orientation of the research Sample is high; the performance of (SMEs) is low; The existence of a strong inverse relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation and the performance of these Enterprises. The existence of a strong inverse relationship between the Internal environment and the performance of (SMEs), There are no existence significant differences in entrepreneurial orientation (Gender,age, educational level, experience).The performance of SMEs varies depending on the location of the enterprise activity and age of enterprise.
