تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

This paper aims to enhance understanding of employee performance and the factors affecting it. If we propose a conceptual model that defines the impact relationship between the three dimensions of employee performance and information technology, to accomplish the goals of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 65 employees of the Tindouf Municipal Department of Organization and Public Affairs. The statistical treatment was based on two programs: SPSS V24 and Smart PLS4. We have come up with a statistically significant impact of IT on improving employee performance through its contribution to streamlining work procedures and improving the quality of staff performance, as well as increasing work-ers' knowledge and commitment to job requirements.
