الحملات العسكرية ودورها في إخضاع القبائل الجزائرية المتمردة ببايلك الشرق أثناء حكم صالح باي1185ه-1207ه/1771م-1792م

Abstract

This study focus on the military campaigns of the Ottoman authority against the rebellious and recalcitrant tribes in the eastern Beylik during the rule of Salih Bey, who is considered as one of the most important beys of the Algerian East and the most prominent of his statesmanship, strength, and strictness in the Deyats(governors) period, with a focus on the role that this policy played in establishing and consolidating rule in The region and expanding its influence in the mountainous and remote areas, in addition to the southern desert regions that felt geographically distant from the capital of this region. Through this intervention, we aim to highlight the role played by the most important of these campaigns through analysis and extrapolation of historical writings, and to address their importance as one of the pillars of imposing authority on this region. We also devoted an important aspect of this intervention to the historical personality of Salih Bey.تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على الحملات العسكرية للسلطة العثمانية على القبائل المتمردة والممتنعة في بايلك الشرق أثناء حكم صالح باي، والذي يعد من بين أهم بايات الشرق الجزائري وأبرزهم حنكة وقوة وصرامة في فترة الدايات، مع التركيز على الدور الذي لعبته هذه السياسة في إقرار الحكم وتثبيته في المنطقة وتوسيع نفوذه في المناطق الجبلية والنائية، بالإضافة إلى المناطق الجنوبية الصحراوية التي أحسّت ببعدها الجغرافي عن عاصمة هذا الإقليم. ونهدف من خلال هذه المداخلة إلى إبراز ذلك الدور الذي تلعبه أهم تلك الحملات من خلال تحليل واستقراء الكتابات التاريخية، والتطرق إلى أهميتها كأحد ركائز فرض السلطة على هذا الإقليم. كما خصصنا جانبا مهما من هذه المداخلة حول شخصية صالح باي التاريخية.
