Abstract
تعيش المجتمعات العربية جملة من التحولات والتطورات التي من الصعب تجنبها والتي تفرضها طبيعة الحياة الاجتماعية المعاصرة،ووظيفة المجتمع الحديث وكذا كرامة الإنسان وقيمه، أين تتفاعل أنساق المجتمع العربي مع الماضي بكل ما يحمله من تراث وأصالة، وبكل ما فيه من أوهام وخيال، بنجاحه وفشله، بمثله وقيمه، كما تتفاعل أنساقه أيضا مع الحاضر المتحرك المتغير بمطالبه الحيوية وحاجاته المتجددة وغاياته العملية وقيمه الجديدة، أين يصبح الحاضر تحديا لأنه فرض على المجتمع أدوات جديدة وطاقات متجددة، وقيم حديثة في الحياة الاجتماعية. بل في غايات الحياة ذاتها.
وفي هذا السياق وضمن فعاليات الملتقى "العائلة في كل حالاتها" تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية المتواضعة والموسومة ب مكانة المسن في الأسرة الجزائرية ، لتساهم في إثراء المناقشة العلمية حول هذا الملتقى، ولتحاول الإجابة عن الإشكالية المحددة ب" ما هي التجليات التي تبرز دور كبار السن أو-فئة المسنين- في تماسك الأسرة والعائلة الجزائرية؟ وإلى أي مدى يمكن اعتبار مساهمة فئة كبار السن في تحقيق التنمية في المجتمع والجودة داخل الوسط الاسري بين الأبناء والأحفاد والأقارب ؟.
وقد اقتضت هذه الدراسة التعرض للعناصر الآتية:
1-توطئة
2-الإطار المفاهيمي: للمكانة ،الشخص المسن،الأسرة، المحيط الأسري.
3-دور ومكانة المسن في الأسرة الجزائرية.
4-موقع كبار السن في العائلة الجزائرية (مزواجة بين التراث والأصالة في العائلة التقليدية والحديثة).
5-أسباب ودوافع تراجع دور ومكانة المسن داخل الأسرة الجزائرية (رؤى وتصورات في الأسباب والمشاكل).
6-أسس رعاية المسن في الشريعة الإسلامية
7-حقوق المسن في الإسلام.
8-الخاتمة: أبرز النتائج والتوصيات المتوصل إليها.
Summary
Arab societies are experiencing a number of transformations and developments that are difficult to avoid and which are imposed by the nature of contemporary social life, the function of modern society, as well as human dignity and values, where the patterns of Arab society interact with the past with all its heritage and authenticity. With all its illusions and imagination, with its success and failure, with its ideals and values, its patterns also interact with the moving, changing present with its vital demands, renewed needs, practical goals, and new values. The present becomes a challenge because it imposes on society new tools, renewed energies, and modern values in social life. Rather, in the goals of life itself.
In this context and within the activities of the forum “The Family in All Its Situations,” this modest research paper, entitled “The Status of the Elderly in the Algerian Family,” comes to contribute to enriching the scientific discussion around this forum, and to attempt to answer the problem defined as “What are the manifestations that highlight the role of the elderly or -The elderly group - in the cohesion of the family and the Algerian family? To what extent can the contribution of the elderly group be considered in achieving development in society and quality within the family environment among children, grandchildren and relatives?
This study required exposure to the following elements:
1-Introduction
2- Conceptual framework: status, the elderly person, the family, and the family environment.
3-The role and status of the elderly in the Algerian family.
4-The position of the elderly in the Algerian family (a combination of heritage and authenticity in the traditional and modern family).
5- Reasons and motives for the decline in the role and status of the elderly within the Algerian family (visions and perceptions of the causes and problems).
6-The foundations of caring for the elderly in Islamic law
7-The rights of the elderly in Islam.
8- Conclusion: The most prominent results and recommendations reached.
