الرأس مال الفكري كآلية لدعم توّجه المؤسسة الاقتصادية نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي -دراسة تحليلية-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه رأس المال الفكري كآلية لدعم توّجه المؤسسة الاقتصادية نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث أدركت المؤسسات الاقتصادية أنّ العامل الوحيد الذي يوفر لها ميزة تنافسية ويحقق لها الربح هو بدون شك رأس مالها الفكري الذي يعتبر مسألة محورية ومن أبرز أصولها الفكرية. وبما أنّ الاقتصاد الرقمي يرتبط ارتباطا كبيرا جدا بالابتكار والتطوير والإبداع التكنولوجي فإنّه يحتاج للرأس المال البشري الذي يعتبر كمكون أساسي من مكونات رأس المال الفكري والمتميّز بمهارات عالية وذلك بتوظيف التكنولوجيا ووسائطها الرقمية في استخدام الانترنت. ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية في جانبها التحليلي إلى وجود علاقة وطيدة بين رأس المال الفكري والاقتصاد الرقمي باعتبار رأس المال البشري أهمّ مورد استراتيجي تحوز عليه المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وبالتالي تحقيق إستمراريتها ونجاحها وزيادة قدراتها التنافسية والإبداعية في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي. This analytical study aims to highlight the role played by intellectual capital as a mechanism to support the orientation of the economic enterprise towards the digital economy, since economic enterprises have realized that the only factor that gives them a competitive advantage and makes profits is undoubtedly their intellectual capital, which is a central issue and one of their most important intellectual assets. Since the digital economy is very closely linked to innovation, development and technological creativity, it needs human capital, which is considered an essential component of intellectual capital and is distinguished by high skills in using technology and its digital media in the use of the Internet.To achieve the objective of this study, we used the descriptive analytical approach.This study has revealed in its analytical aspect that there is a strong relationship between intellectual capital and the digital economy, considering human capital as the most important strategic resource possessed by the economic enterprise, and thus achieving its continuity and success and increasing its competitiveness and creativity in the digital economy.
