تحديد النسل في الفقه الإسلامي

Abstract

يعد موضوع تحديد النسل من الموضوعات التي تهتم كل فرد وأسرة وذلك بتأثير, السلبي أو الايجابي على المجتمع بحسب ظروفو,فقد تحدثنا في الفصل الأول على النسل وحقيقتو وأهميتو في الشريعة الإسلامية ,وبينا اىتمام الإسلام بحفظ النسل من جانب الوجود والعدم فحفظو من جانب الوجود بالتشجيع على الزواج والتكاثر وجانب العدم بتحريم الزنا,وفي والفصل الثاني تم عرض مفهوم تحديد النسل والفرق بينو وبين التنظيم ,كذا تاريخ ظهوره ودواعيو,وجاء الفصل الثالث والأخير مبين أسباب تحديد النسل ووسائلو وحكمو عند القدامى والمعاصرين مع ذكر أدلتهم,لتأتي الخاتدة بأىم نتائج البحث. RESEARCH SUMMARY Im this study we discuss the issue of birth comtrol in Islamic fiqh where this topic is one of the topics of interest to both the individual and society,where it comsists of lntro duction, three chapters and a conchusion the first chapter contains twe requirnents in whch we talqed about the fact of the birth and its importance in lslamic law,while the second chapter included two requrments we talqed about the fact of birth comtrol ,while thivd chapter contains tow reqwrments where we talqed about the means of birth control and its damage and govrmance. We comcluded the research with a conclusion that we mentioned the most important results then some recommend ations.
