Abstract

This study examines how to achieve sustainable economic growth in emerging countries by exploiting the opportunities provided by the demographic dividend and ICT. This study focuses on studying the dynamic links between these variables in 21 emerging economies. 2021 Long-term results indicate that the demographic dividend and ICT stimulate sustainable economic growth in the studied sample. The political implications of this study indicate that achieving demographic dividend opportunities and using digitization technologies will enhance economic performance in the era of the digital economy. In addition, the results lay the foundation for policy makers to formulate better policies to achieve sustainable growth.
