آليات تسيير الأجور في مؤسسة اقتصادية

Abstract

إن موضوع تقييم فعالية تسيير الأجور موضوع على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية في الوقت الراهن, حيث الموارد البشرية تعد محورا لكل تقدم في المؤسسة , والواقع أن القطاع المصرفي يشكل إحدى الحلقات الهامة في المسار الإصلاحي للإقتصاد والعناية به ستتوصل بالتأكيد إلى تنمية سريعة ,فالسياسة الأجرية كانت دائما ولا تزال متغيرا مهما في المؤسسات, مما لها تأثير واضح على الظواهر الإقتصادية ومختلف الفعاليات ,فتغير مستوى الأجور يؤدي إلى تغير مداخل ومكتسبات الأفراد ,وفي المؤسسة التي تنتهج سياسة أجرية واضحة وتسعى إلى تحقيق تنمية شاملة وسريعة يستدعي الأمر تقديم مزيج أجري متنوع يستجيب لكافة متطلبات العمال و يحقق التوازن بين الكتلة أجرية و مردودية المؤسسة, وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تبيان معايير وآليات حساب الأجور في المؤسسة الإقتصادية, حيث يعتبر الأجر عنصر أساسي في حياة العامل بإعتباره الركيزة الأساسية التي يرتكز عليها في تلبية مختلف حاجياته, لقد تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى ماهية الأجور عامة و آليات تسييرها و دراسة حالة لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالة (CNAC) حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للأجر أهمية بالغة في الحياة الإقتصادية و إجتماعية, وتسجيله المحاسبي يكون وفق مبادئ المحاسبة المالية والنظام المحاسبي المالي (SCF). The issue of evaluating the effectiveness of wage management is a subject of great importance at the present time, as human resources are the focus of every progress in the institution, and in fact the banking sector constitutes one of the important links in the reform path of the economy and taking care of it will certainly reach rapid development, as the wage policy has always been It is still an important variable in institutions, which has a clear impact on economic phenomena and various activities. Changing the level of wages leads to a change in the incomes and earnings of individuals. In an institution that pursues a clear wage policy and seeks to achieve comprehensive and rapid development, it is necessary to provide a diversified wage mix that responds to all workers’ requirements. And it achieves a balance between the wage mass and the profitability of the enterprise, and this study aims to try to show the criteria and mechanisms for calculating wages in the economic enterprise, where wages are considered an essential element in the life of the worker as the basic pillar upon which he relies in meeting his various needs. Wages are general, mechanisms for their management, and a case study for the National Unemployment Insurance Fund (CNAC).
