Abstract

"قمنا في هذا البحث بالدراسة الموضوع المتمحور حول ""رسائل الدفع الإلكتروني"" توصلنا بأنه توجد تطورات مذهلة خاصة في مجال خدمات المصرفية وهذا نتيجة استخدام الانترنيت التي سهلت وسرعت عملة تقديم الخدمات والانتقال من العمل الورقي إلى العمل الرقمي وهذا كله راجع للتطور التكنولوجي وذلك كل مشاكل وعراقيل التي أفرزتها وسائل الدفع التقليدية. وتعرضنا في درستنا على جنب نظري حول نظام الدفع الالكتروني واهم المفاهيم المتعلقة به والتحولات الالكترونية وأبرز المفاهيم المتعلقة بها، ثم في الدراسة التطبيقية التي أجرناها على وكالة البريد بولاية الوادي وكيفية عمل واستخدام البطاقة الذهبية فيها. " "In this research, we studied the topic centered on ""electronic payment messages"", we concluded that there are amazing developments, especially in the field of banking services, and this is a result of the use of the Internet, which facilitated and accelerated the process of providing services and the transition from paper work to digital work, and this is all due to technological development, and all the problems and obstacles that produced by traditional payment methods. In our study, we presented a theoretical side about the electronic payment system, the most important concepts related to it, electronic transfers, and the most prominent concepts related to it, then in the applied study that we conducted on the postal agency in the state of El-Wadi and how to work and use the golden card in it.
