واقع الدور التمويلي لبورصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التأكيد على الدور الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة و على أهمية التوفيق بين المتطلبات المالية لها وبين ما تقدمه بورصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر من فرص تمويلية، من خلال تقديم وصف لواقع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومختلف مصادر التمويل الموجودة. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ مشكل التمويل مستمرا ويبقى التمويل عن طريق بورصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دون فعالية مقارنة بالدور الذي أنشئت لأجله، بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة التي تسعى لتطوير وترقية قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لتحقيق أهدافه وجعله قادرا على المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية. This study aims to emphasize the economic role of small and medium enterprises and the importance of reconciling their financial requirements with the financing opportunities offered by the Small and Medium Enterprises Stock Exchange in Algeria, by providing a description of the reality of small and medium enterprises and the various sources of funding that exist. Through this study, we concluded that the financing problem persists, and financing through the Small and Medium Enterprises Stock Exchange remains ineffective compared to the role for which it was established, despitethe efforts made by the state that seeks to develop and upgrade the small and medium enterprises sector to achieve its goals and make it able to contribute to the achievement of development
