أحكام صوم مرضى السكري في الفقه الإسلامي

Abstract

"هذه الدِّراسة الموسومة ب: ""أحكام صوم مرضى السكري في الفقه الإسلامي"" كان الإشكال الرئيس الذي تسعى إلى الإجابة عنه هو: ما هي الأحكام الشرعية الخاصة بصوم مرضى السكري؟ أجابت الدِّراسة عن ذلك من خلال ثلاثة مباحث: خصَّصت الأول للتعريف بمصطلحات البحث، وبيان حدِّ المرض المبيح للفطر، وفي الجانب التطبيقي عنيت في الثاني بدراسة لمرض السكري وصوم رمضان، من خلال تصوير مرض السكري، وبيان أنواع المرض ومضاعفاته، وحكم صوم مرضى السكري، وقمت في الثالث ببيان الأحكام المترتبة على فطر مريض السكري. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها إلزام مرضى السكري من النوع الأول، والمرأة الحبلى المصابة بالسكري والمصابة بسكري الحمل والتي تُعَالَجُ بحقن الأنسولين بالفطر في رمضان، والسماح لمرضى السكري النوع الثاني، والمرأة الحبلى المصابة بالسكري والتي تُعَالَجُ بالحِمْيَةِ بالصوم بعد استشارة الطبيب المُعَالِج، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام سائر الوسائل الممكنة للإرشاد والتوعية؛ قصد تطبيق الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بصوم مرضى السكري؛ للمحافظة على صِحَّة البدن. " "This study is tagged with : Provisions on the fasting of diabetics in Islamic jurisprudence were the main forms that sought to be answered is : what are the legal provisions for the fasting of diabetics? The study answered this through three topics : The first topic is devoted to the definition of research terms and an indication of the extent of the allowed breaking the fast, on the practical side I meant in the second study for diabetic sand Ramadan fast through the portrayal of diabetes and a statement of the types of the disease and its complications and the provision of fasting diabetics. In the third I made a statement about the provisions of the diabetic breakfast. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The obligation of type 1 diabetic patients and pregnant woman infected with diabetes and with pregnancy diabetes who is treated with insulin injections to breakfast in Ramadan and allowing type 2 diabetes and pregnant woman infected with diabetes who is treated with diet to fasting after consulting her physician. The study also recommended the use of all possible means for guidance and awareness in order to implement the provisions of Sharia related to the fasting of diabetics to maintain the health of the body.
