Abstract

"ان التحولات السياسية التي شهدتها ليبيا الى وجود بعض الانتهاكات على الحدود الجزائرية ,الامر الذي انعكس سلبا على الامن القومي الجزائري , خاصة منها الهجرة غير الشرعية, انتشار الجماعات المسلحة, الاتجار بالاسلحة و تهريبها, و امام هذا الوضع ارتات الجزائر انت تتخذ خطوات للحيلولة دون تصدير هذه الثورة اليها و تعتبر هذه الدراسة تكملة لدراستين سابقتين في نفس المجال, و تسعى لاضهار اسباب التحولات في ليبيا و الاجراءات التي اتخذتها الجزائر في مقاربتها"" The political changes in Libya have led to some violations on the Algerian border, which has negatively affected the Algerian national security, especially illegal immigration, the proliferation of armed groups, trafficking in weapons and smuggling.
